Jolly_John Posted December 3, 2022 Share Posted December 3, 2022 (edited) This is a 1979 and newer GM engines idle load compensator. I also think of this as the idle speed "kicker". It has BUICK and OLDSMOBILE applications. Very good working condition. I removed this from a 1979 RIVIERA with the 350 Olds engine. However, my research indicates it may also be correct for other years of BUICK and OLDSMOBILE with the Quadrajet carb and 307 engine. Sorry I can't be more specific, so take a good look at the photo. I do know that this item was NEVER available in the aftermarket. Includes original mounting screws and the throttle spring. $40, plus the shipping.
