adoldfield Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 I am looking for some insight or anyone with experience on this issue. I have an '81 Regal with manual AC/heater control. The plastic tab into which the cable clips to actuate the blend door between heat and AC has broken off, no doubt due to age. Does anyone have experience repairing/replacing this? EmTee Posted November 8, 2022 Share Posted November 8, 2022 A photo might help, but from your description, I'd go to the hardware store and look for a metal joint angle reinforcement that could be modified (i.e., cut and or bent) and attached to the door to replace the broken plastic tab. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
