Marty Roth Posted October 18, 2022 Share Posted October 18, 2022 (edited) And, before anyone asks, turn signals, mandated in some jurisdictions, are also considered a safety item, and therefore not a point deduction, assuming installed in a workmanlike manner, (but radial tires on a vehicle where they could not have been equipped as delivered, are a 2 point deduction each, including the spare when visible, since radials are NOT considered a safety item).
