Walt G
The Brooklands Automobile Racing Club has been around since the beginning of the 20th Century. Today there are some good sections of the original track still left and preserved by the Brooklands Society who have annual wonderful reunions in Surrey at the location. Badges with members numbers were issued when new and I have several that I got decades ago and will share some of them here. the earlier BARC diamond shaped ones were made by Percy Edwards in Piccadilly and the round later ones were made by Dobson also in Piccadilly. To give an idea of size the round one from 1911 was 1 3/8 inches in diameter. Diamond shaped one is 1 1/2 inches wide.
