Leif in Calif
Too bad they didn't mask the paint better but seems like a decent price. https://reno.craigslist.org/cto/d/auberry-1928-model-fordor-leatherback/7511518184.html $7600.00 OBO. 3rd owner. Original 1928 Model A Briggs Fordor Leatherback 6 volt. Rare model. New tires and battery have been recently installed. Have considerable funds in initial restoration with many receipts available. Original motor was rebuilt in 1995 by Penner Bros Parts of Reedley, and Drive Train was also thoroughly gone through during the frame off restoration. Car has been carefully stored since current owner’s 1993 acquisition. Title is clear with registration currently under non-op. The engine has recently been serviced and the vehicle starts, runs, drives, and brakes without issues. All attempts were made to maintain and restore this car in as much original condition as possible. During the frame off restoration, the car retained a lot of the original parts. There are various additional Model A parts that come with the sale. The car is rust free but paint on the hood is flaking off. Remaining finishing restoration includes the top, side windows and interior, along with a small amount of rear light wiring and preferred incidentals. The floorboard has 1932 license plates brazed to it which was done prior to the current owner. Asking $7600.00 OBO. Please call for more information. Car is located in Fresno county. 5599sixzero657one.
