George Rifford 1930 Stude Posted June 19, 2022 Share Posted June 19, 2022 Hello, I'm searching for, what I'm calling a "Water Jacket Cover" for a 1930 Studebaker Commander 8 cylinder. This is the cover that is on the driver's side of the engine. I'm attaching a pic for reviewing. This is a steel stamped part. Mine is beyond repair. This has been a real challenge to find. George Rifford 1930 Stude Posted June 20, 2022 Author Share Posted June 20, 2022 Hi, my outer portion of this has rusted through in several areas. Very thin metal and is warped. All the rusted thin areas are on the bottom. I realize if I did find a part for this it could be in the same condition. I'm in hope that I'm not the only one that has had the same problem and in hopes someone might know of someone that could help me. Thank you.
