Buick custom?

Thought to be a car for Edward VIII and/or his wife Wallis Simpson. Have read they had 1938 90 in France (seen web photos).  But not seen since WW2 or there about's. (from my (old) memory), The film was in made Morocco, Tunisia or the like., so the car may have survived, but hidden from public view.
