Hopefully it was sold. Brooklyn Beer, the 1956 DeSoto was one of the prettiest American cars of the fifties, but those have to be the most unflattering photos I've ever seen. It's hard to get a sense of how graceful the lines of it are...it just looks awkward in those pics. You're probably right about them being revealing, though. The reason I like bad photos is they keep other prospective buyers away, making the seller more willing to go down on the price.
