MAG473
Wanted: photo or diagram of horizontal headlight bar and how it attaches to the headlight. 1925 Dodge Brothers touring.
Minibago
It is just a piece of 7/16 rod (I have seen larger diameter ones) a slight shoulder and a bit of thread on each end. It fits in to the headlight bracket in place of the clamping bolt. (I have also seen ones with a flattened end and a clamping bolt). They were added to later cars as a steady for the mudguards / wings Fenders. I added one to each of my cars as badge bars.
Minibago
Here is a better shot, as mentioned just a solid piece of round bar, bent at 90 degrees each end, turned down to provide a shoulder to sit on the bolt hole in the headlight bracket and threaded for a nut on the other side.
