Colombia 1935 or 1937 Ford Truck Conversion?

Hello All-

 

This is a picture taken in Neiva, Huila a city in Colombia.  Colombia is famous for its "chivas" colorful truck conversions that carried passengers and cargo.  This is probably a proto or ur-chiva.  What year and type of Ford do you think this is based on?

The truck is a 35. It's hard to tell by the grille which is narrower on the 35 but the hood sides are the proof in the pudding. On the 35 the Ford emblem is in the center of the louvers while the 36 has it in front of the louvers

The 37 has a much different grille and a split windshield

It probably started out as a 1-1/2 ton flatbed truck and was converted into a chiva by a local shop.
