Motor purrs like a kitten. New wheel cylinders, gas tank, electric fuel pump. Looks like lower rear quarters were replaced before repaint. So does she have mud ? Yes, but will probably look like it does now for many , many years. At the listed price you can have fun with a very rare vintage Ford without breaking the bank. Runs and drives good and the brakes work best with a little pump first. 2 dr. hard glass top. Brand new 8 volt battery spins her over with gusto. Possible Trades. All I can say is no. Seems like a desirable and good running car that's at least presentable, but I'd be a little concerned about some of the bubbling I see in the roof paint. Sounds like it might be a flipper sale, so you'd definitely want to see it, first. These first year Y-blocks can have a less than stellar reputation, but I wouldn't discount the "purrs like a kitten" claim. Mine is still running good without a rebuild after all these years.
