wood spoke steering wheel. Brass era?

This very interesting steering wheel came in a lot of farm related antiques. My specialty is British cars and live with steering wheels but this is the first one that even the spokes are made of laminated wood. I was assuming brass era vehicle?

hoping someone will recognize this.

The spokes are laminated wood. Due to that being a relatively weak product, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t out on a farm implement. Thanks for the help so far! It’s a wonderful mystery to me

Here is a 1926 MacFarlan wheel....similar, but different.
