Dave@Moon
I found this small magazine in a lot of books I bought on eBay. I appear to have stumped everyone on the BCA forum with it. Does anybody remember this publication? Who published it? How long did it last? As you can see, this is apparently issue #2. It consists of 24 pages of plain paper reproductions of original ads and magazine article on Buick cars from 1920 to 1942. There's no publisher or editor credit given, no table of contents, not even page numbers. Any information would be appreciated.
1937hd45
I wonder if that may have been published by the late Dave Ficken of "Car Tips" and the Original Hershey Flea Market Guide fame?
Guest
It could be from a small group within the Buick Collectors Club of Americaout of Pittsburgh, which was the original Buick Club started by SidAberman. The BCA started as a Chapter of that Club, and when theold BCCA failed in 1966 that California group went National as theBCA under Greg Fallowfield. D Binger
Dave,Back in the early 70's you could buy these for a lot of diffrent vehicles. I have one for the 1930 Chevrolet. It says "Chevrolet Restorer 1930" on the cover. I think they were published by something called "Antique Car Books" The one for the 30 Cheverolet was helpful in restoring my 30 Chevrolet.Dan
