58L-Y8 Posted June 17, 2020 Share Posted June 17, 2020 To restore it's true pinchpenny, skinflint self: dark blue paint the top shell, replace the tires with black-walls and the elegant full conic wheel-covers with painted dog-dish hubcaps!
