Volksminor
I have been working for four years on a project taking a 1959 Morris Minor Traveller that was chopped up to go onto a hotrod chassis by a previous owner that never finished it. I modified it to fit onto a 1073 VW Bug pan. It is a the stage of drivable today with still a bit of work to do like install a console and a heater. It’s been fun. It’s the first car I’ve ever built!
JamesR
That turned out awesome! Most VW conversions look like, well...VW conversions, not that there's anything wrong with that. This car, however, looks like a Morris, and nobody would know til you start the engine.
Volksminor
Thanks for the reply. I did my best to keep the Minor in tact. Here’s a look at the inside!
John Byrd
Volksminor, that is fantastic ! One of the prettiest little cars ever made and it really looks like you have done it a great re-purposing honor !!!!
