The installation bar adjusts for 12" - 16" rims and the other two bars are for the removal of the tire. There was a repair done sometime before I acquired this. [See last pic]. I've searched the web and have been unsuccessful and determining the value and was curious if anyone here had an idea of what it's worth? Thank you.
