WTD C60 truck wheels

I have a farmer friend that needs some wheels for grandpa's old field truck.

Its a Chevrolet C60. 1973, But I think he said either the wheels and/or tires are dated 1965.

Wheels are 20 X 6.5.

These wheels have ten lugs.

The wheels that are on it are split rims  (he referred to them as two piece wheels)  and he cant find anybody that will fix his flat tire. Hence he would like to find some wheels and a bonus would be some tires that still hold air.

I don't think this truck gets out very often and never sees any high speeds.

Somewhere within a reasonable distance of Portland would be best.

Cheap or free ?? of coarse.
