Dosmo Posted December 23, 2018 Share Posted December 23, 2018 To my eyes, the grille and trunk badge/handle seem to say 1952 Mercury. 1953 is similar, though different, in the grill area. m-mman Posted December 24, 2018 Share Posted December 24, 2018 In 1952 the bumper guards were an option although commonly installed. Unless they are removed, it generally denotes a bottom line 'Custom" series and not the higher 'Monterey'. FoMoCo was working with using integral bumper/grilles during this era.
