Dang tank was on empty so took some of the mower fuel to get me to the gas station. When I got there I realized I had left the cap sitting on the tank and it had fallen off. The dog and I searched for about an hour before giving up. I am in the process of ordering a new one from Myers. Hope it fits. At least the car was running good, transmission likes it's new oil, oil pan reseal isn't leaking, new oil filter setup not leaking,, newp holder worked like a charm. Oh well. Bill Harmatuk Posted July 30, 2018 Share Posted July 30, 2018 I got lucky and found a nice chrome gas cap on a card, with the plastic turning yellow, at the local NAPA store.
