This is a good condition, Owatonna Tools Auto and Truck Puller sales display. I purchased it from a local auto parts store years ago. It's 1960's vintage.
 

This sales display board features various sizes of pullers made by the Owatonna Tool Company (OTC) from Owatonna, Minnesota. It is made of hard Masonite, with metal edging. Measures 29” high by 24” wide. All the original, bolt-on hooks are included (will be removed for easier shipping).
