buick special Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 Today was a happy day I drained the gas tank and put in fresh fuel I picked up a battery locally popped it in the car poured a little gas down the carb and cranked her up spun a few times then whoopee she started right up she sounded great and went into a beautiful idle I let her run for a few seconds appx a minute then shut her off as that was the only test I wanted to do today Things to do yet before next test I still have to buy a new battery as the new battery I got from the store had a date of 8/2014 its old stock and does not charge fully so I will return it and get another I have to replace gasket / seal on AC Filter around the glass bowl as it was dripping when the car was running .....anyone know the correct size or number of seal? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
