Response To Parts Request

I think I already know the answer but thought I'd ask just in case. Has anybody else ever gotten this response to a parts request?

 

"Well, I have a whole lot of parts stashed in the ware-house and it's time to let them go. Used and brand new. Write me a message on morgansgarage75@gmail.com including a list of items you're looking to acquire from the market as well as a good phone number.

I seem to recall getting this in the past and if it's what I think it is isn't it time to ban this individual?

If you simply click the report button on the scammer pm, the moderators will then know about the scam pm and can ban him. We get different scammers who register from time to time and use that same method simply because it works. If you ever see a new user offering parts for sale and that user has zero posts on the forum, please click the report button because that person is a scammer.
