JACK M
This has been kicking around my collection of stuff that I take to swap meets for years and I have no idea. I thought it was some kind of tachometer as it says RPM-U/min in 1000. But it also says cycles per second in hertz. All the rest looks German I think. There is a wire that extends from it that advances a calculator of some sort. It says Sirometer on the graph of it. I guess it would be for sale. JACK M
Ha ! I guess I should have tried a google search. Thanks for this 30. I wonder where I ever got the thing. Now that I have looked at the instructions on this link I might have to try it out.

JACK M
It is a little stiff but the link suggests that a drop of light oil might fix that. I will keep you posted.
JACK M
Well, I was tuning up a 383 yesterday that wanted a 500 rpm idle speed. This thing was all but worthless when I tried to make it work at that speed. 500 is the lowest number at the bottom of the scale so it might have been that.
