Can someone identify this car? Essex og Seabrook RMC?

An old photo of my great grandpa with his car in the 1930s. I know he had an Essex and a Seabrook RMC at one time. Can this car be either of those? Or is this another make? He lived in Stavanger, Norway.

Definitely not an Essex by Hudson Motor Co. Seabrook RMC was the name under wich the Detroit-built Regal was marketed in England, to avoid confusion with a similar-named French car.

Some details of the car in the picture are not very clear but it could be a Regal from 1915-1916. They produced very conventional looking cars during that period. Going by what I read here  -   http://www.motorsportmagazine.com/archive/article/january-1993/60/seabrook-rmc   - it would seem that Seabrook ceased importing Regals for sale in the UK at the start of WW1. Still a mystery.

Looks close to 1915 Regal with this"unloaded"rear axle,and not so curved front fender against the running board.(Standard Catalog of American Cars 1805-1942)
