F/S 1936 Cord phaeton. Only $69,000! See photos/info

I am selling this beautiful 1936 Cord unsupercharged phaeton, engine number FB 1502,for my friend Leonard Jarvis. The car is stored with his restorer,Bob Baucom,near Williamsburg,Virginia. It can be seen there. Any questions concerning the cars condition,call Bob weekdays at 757 869 9912. Leonard bought the car for $57,000 in 2013,and it has been represented to him the motor has been rebuilt.It is on an engine stand. Since buying it,Leonard has spent $13,000 on the beautiful yellow paint job,and $20,000 yes $20,000 on the chrome which is in boxes. The original leather interior is with the car. Bob tells me before the car was painted the body was super solid and straight and virtually rust free. Nice car to finish and enjoy! Nice car, that's a buy for someone looking for a project...I remember the car selling at an auction, pictures of all the other parts would help, as the little stuff adds up...figure the chrome includes all the top irons...am sure it will find a good home!
