flackmaster
Followup to need for .020 crank bearings that seem to have evaporated from this universe, can someone please advise whether a crank from a '49 is the same as the crank from the '34/'35? Or if different, how?
Spinneyhill
The Hollander lists the '34 CU and the '38 C19 as the same, #618619. '35-37 CZ, C8, C14 are the same #633581. Other '35-37 8s are #618623, forging #637600. Forged is better than turned. '46-50 8s use #1115281. So the part numbers are different. All use the same size rod and main bearings and the thrust is taken on No. 5 main, according to MoToR's Manual 1947.
