Looking for a Pullman

Years ago the Pullman Owners Group met at our Hershey spaces each year since we were restoring 2 examples. One year we had the meeting announced over the PA system. As our meeting was getting underway a fellow scurried up, all out of breath because he had hurried over not wanting to miss the meeting. He did own a Pullman but it was an 80 ft Pullman rail car. He had never heard of Pullman autos. Incidentally, Pullman Auto had nothing whatsoever to do with the Pullman Rail Car Company. Pullman Auto simply appropriated the name because of Pullman Rail Car's reputation for smooth riding. Every Pullman pictured above can be traced back to AACA member Fred Rosenmiller, who literally wrote the book on Pullman and other York built automobiles and  who brought them back to York. At one time Fred owned a 1908 Pullman ( AACA Grand National First) a 1910 Roadster (Grand National First), a 1910 Touring, an '09 Touring, a '16 Cloverleaf Roadster and the Barlup 1914 Touring, as well as several other Pullman chassis and other York built cars.
