1936 Dodge with factory overdrive.

Have a look at post #23 in this thread:

The '36 will be centrifugal only, no solenoid or kick-down as discussed in the above thread. The only difference is that the only way to get out of OD in that one is to slow down until it drops out. Then you can do as it says and pull the knob out. Pay attention to the sentence in bold. Once in OD there is no freewheeling of course.
