50Traveler
I have been struggling with the dash for some time now. It started as a systematic approach as described in the shop manual, but now I am at a loss to figure out how to remove the middle tier of the dash that holds the fuel and temp gauges. I have the heat and transmission controls out and have removed many screws that I thought would set it free with no luck. A previous owner was into this too and left a lot of untightened and missing screws so the dash just sagged and rattled. Progress is slow.Has anyone done this before and have any recommendations. I'll post this in the Dodge forum since theirs is so similar.Any advice is appreciated.Justin

61polara
It's been 30 years since I've done it, but there are two screws, one at each end of the lower panel, that hold the gauge cluster. Nothing else has to be removed.
