JFranklin
I need to replace a rod on a Willys Knight 4 cylinder engine. any tips on this procedure? I have the bolts out but have fears on lifting the cyl block off the sleeves. Does anyone have experience with this type engine? Any shops that are capable to rebuild this engine? I don't want to damage anything or not be able to put things back together.
Willys77
Hi Mr. Franklin: My best advice for you is to check the CCCA Forum under Technicsl, up above here as well as to check out the Willys Overland Knight Registry forum at wokr.org. Post your query there - plenty of great, knowledgeable Knight folk there to help you with your Four Cylinder Sleeve Valve.
