Is this a Dodge Brothers body? If so any idea what year?

I picked this up at a swap meet in Iowa on Saturday. A 2 part body, I can tell the back half is older than the front. But no idea how old either half is or if they are Dodge or not.

Yes, is a Dodge alright. Looks like a 114" wheel base body, 1917-18. It has garnish rails on the doors and a flat bar between the stanchions. The rear half is same or earlier, with flanges on the outside to attach the rear guards rather than having a wheel well. Does it have a body number on the engine side of the scuttle?
