one-shot Posted August 27, 2013 Share Posted August 27, 2013 I suspect that 37/38/39 are the same Plymouth/Dodge. I have access to two 39s with bench seats. I think you are talking about the lever at the front under drivers seat that meshes with notches on one side of the rails, connected by a long rod.
