Guest EightyEightGuy
Can anyone recommend a source? I've swapped one into an Olds and am having a heck of time locating a slip yoke...the switch-pitch TH400 came out of a 1967 Buick Riv. PONTIAC1953
hi, i'm not aware of anything different from a switch-pitch 400 tailshaft and a non-switch-pitch 400 tailshaft, i put a 67 buick wildcat switch-pitch 400 into my 62 grand prix behind a 70 pontiac 455 V8. there were well over 50 th400 tailshaft yokes on ebay. you might check with an older transmission shop about yoke interchange within th400 trans. charles coker, 1953 pontiac tech advisor. Guest EightyEightGuy
Thanks for the reply - I'll give it a shot. I tried with a '67 Olds 98 yoke, and that was a different size, so...thanks again. MT
DualQuadDave
I have a slip yoke from 64/65 Riv. I think that would work for your application. Let me know if you still need it and I will send you a pic.
