Stutz hub cap.Do not know if it is a mixture of years / makes cobbled together or all Stutz.Any ideas on year / model of Stutz or parts. The springs seem to have been bolted to a wooden trailer frame.Yes Franklin was well known for wooden frames long after others had given it up and also their use of full elliptic springs which gave a smooth ride.
