Help With Stutz Parts Identification

20" 12 spoke wood wheels with solid axle and brakes. Stutz hub cap.

Do not know if it is a mixture of years / makes cobbled together or all Stutz.

Any ideas on year / model of Stutz or parts. I have searched old Stutz photos with no results.

Found in Kansas.

Tie rod cut and bolted solid says trailer modification. The springs seem to have been bolted to a wooden trailer frame.

Yes Franklin was well known for wooden frames long after others had given it up and also their use of full elliptic springs which gave a smooth ride.
