Guest spiering.lucas
I will add Padgett that the dash doesn't go blank after all of the lights turn on it just returns to normal. Also note that the IPC is not working properly. Since I have owned the car " about 8 months." The IPC has given me the 00 error screen about a half dozen times. To resolve the issue I have simply turned the car off and back on and it solved the problem.

Guest daleevans
My solution would be to move somewhere else that doesn't require a smog test. Me, too, NCR!

padgett
Any chance the OFF button on the HVAC is sticking ? That would abort the diagnostics after the flashing. Othewise the next stop is the BCM.
Guest spiering.lucas
I doubt that it's sticking cus every function of my hvac system works.
