Bob Zetnick
I was looking through my photos today and found these. I think I downloaded them about 6-8 years ago when this car was for sale. I've never seen a Dodge like this. If I remember correctly it is fabric bodied....also the way the spares are mounted, the wooden dash and the flip-up seats at the runningboards. Anyway, I didn't know if anyone knew the history of this car.
idrjoe_sandiego
Yea Bob, that car was designed to go trolling around the lake when you don't have a boat. Wife drives real slow while you and your gear sit out there on the outrigger seat. Hopefully you don't catch anything real big as there are no seat belts. Bob Zetnick
I guess I didn't see that propeller....not sure if I'd trust myself on that seat if it were in front of a soda fountain counter!
Guest 1930
Quote........If I remember correctly it is fabric bodied........Does not look fabric bodied?I have seen the spares mounted like this many times on the earlier Dodge cars that share this bodystyle
MikeC5
Nice looking car. Is that a shortened chassis?
Bob Zetnick
Hmmm...Jason, you're right, it doesn't look fabric bodied...somehow I remember that being the description though...but a fabric bodied car would not be this shiny. @ Mike - I don't know about the chassis length.
