To me it more looks like Hupmobile 1915.

The profile of the hood looks more like the Hupmobile than the Buick. Any more details? Is there an engine under the hood? If it was a Buick it is certainly not 1916 or later because of the rear springs. In the absence of badges or hubcaps, such things as the number of bolts on the wheel hubs can be a clue.

nzcarnerd ,Look at the radiator top,front fender is stright a long way,the grease door in front of rear fender,the high head lights compared to other cars in the same year.

The person who sent me the photo has confirmed it's a 1915 Hupmobile. It's on display at the New Orleans Zoo.
