Jolly_John
I have an excellent condtion wheel available for 1961-1964 Buick. My memory is that this wheel is also the correct base model rim for the 1963-64 Riviera, with the factory "standard" size tire. This is a 15 x 5-1/2" wheel (6-1/2" rim edge to rim edge). The center hole is 3-3/8". The bolt circle is 5". All the wheel stud holes are exceptional. This started out as a very good, original wheel that had no rust pits, no curb rash, or any other issues. I sandblasted the wheel and then painted it with epoxy primer. Indoor storage since this work was done. The price of the wheel is $55, plus FedEx ground shipping. I'll be happy to quote exact shipping in advance. Just email. Thanks for looking. mt65riv
One of my '65's has wheels like those. I was told that it had wheel covers not center dog dish caps. I haven't seen Buick dog dish caps for Rivis. Are there some?
RivNut
No, but the same wheel was used on all big cars and dog-dishes were available on some of them. The spring clip was rivited into the hole in the slot. The same hole that is used to bolt the cast wheel cover to the 63's and 64's. In addition, the wheel for your '65 will have a smaller center hole than the '63/'64 wheelEd Edited April 25, 2011 by RivNut (see edit history)
