Does anyone know if it's okay to use the NGK plugs in the turbo 3.8? Thanks

Do a search over at www.turbobuick.com and see if there is an opinion over there. I doubt the difference between 8445 and the 6392 heads makes that much of a difference.

I've already looked around over there and all those guys talk about is modified and custom setups. VERY rarely is there anything stock. I just don't know if these are the hotter plugs or not. The shop seems to think because they are used in the supercharged and turbo cars GM makes that they will do.

Jayson, I hate to say it, but NGK makes a damn good plug. I know the car came with AC Delcos, but if you are fine tuning on a Turbo, the tuner boys get 'er done with NGK's.

I will contact you abou the tuning a good turbo guy will do on my 84 I picked up last spring. Assuming I get it out of the pole barn any time soon. Yep, another inch of global warming predicted tonight. Should look good on top of the 3 feet in front of the barn door now:eek:
