Anyone have an idea what this might be worth and what make and year car it fits??? 2 3/4" tall x 3 1/2" wide across bottom. thanks?

Peerless hub cap. It is a pre-1912 Peerless hub cap. 1912 was nickle plated brass and in 1917 the hub caps were aluminum.
