Dandy Dave
Is it a 1902 Rodbroke and Failyer??? :confused:When the rod broke, it failed.... Maybe it is a Sherwood and Buick bathtub. Ohhhh, I just can't wait! The suspence is killing me. Dandy Dave
RICK YOUNG
OK, OK, on a lighter note.Over the river (via a new bridge) and through the woods (via the new trail we are forging) .... to the woods(not exactly Deliverance)..... to find a abandoned stainless steel furnace circa 1940's.Aka the front hood/grill of my next project....... A Stainless Steel Santa Sleigh with the sleigh made of disgarded stainless pig feeders. Not exactly a 60 Electra Convertible found at the bottom of an abandoned well by Lassie, but this is Iowa so you don't find things like that at the "Field of Dreams".The 1st lady and our daughter helped drag it out of the timber this afternoon.Maybe if I chopped the front off our Rendezvous(SP)?Oh, BTW, you will note the porcelain bath tub found along the way.I'm waiting for authentication that it is serial #1 by David Buick. The Avocado Green definitley dates it. Dandy Dave
See, I knew there was a bathtub out there. But mine is still older because it pre dates the porcelin patent. I still got the oldest prewar Buick around. Dandy Dave!
