Can anyone help identifying a build date on my 1907 cadillac?

Hi

I have a 1970 2 door eldorado cadillac identification number

H0238934 and I am trying to find it's build date. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ian,

On a site on the internet, it said that on the

data plate under your hood (drivers side of

firewall), it gives a "Build date" in the form

XXO, where X is any number zero through nine and

O is any letter A through E. The numbers

equate to the months of the year, i.e. 01 =

January; 02 = February, etc. The letter

equals the week of the month. A = first week;

B = second week, etc.

Thanks Bill I will take a good look at the numbers and try and work it out from there. I hope it shows the year too as I suspect it may have been built in 69.
