What 16" rims should I use?

As the title says, I want to downsize from 17's as the 45 series tires are disc bulgers on these NY roads.

I'd like a light rim, both in weight and price. Any decent takeoffs from other cars that match up the 5x100 +35mm offsets?

not many that are as light as the neon wheels you have now, there are sets you can purchase in the correct offset aftermarket

Here are the 15" rims I use on my T/C for time attack and auto-cross events. 10-thats right-10 pounds each. As for the price-in rims YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

I have a set of four - five spoke aluminum rims up for grabs. they have little skinny tires on them. I'll post a pix when my sig. other visits with her camera.
