Locke. I bought it because even in Finland we had some Elcars. There was a firm called "Moottoritoimisto Elis Rikala" in Tampere. This firm was a local dealer for this make of automobile. I have a 4-cylinder Lycoming engine which used to give power to a Eĺcar. I would like to contact Mr. Locke in order to ask him some questions.
