JohnD1956
Now that it's been identified ( 64 Lesabre 4 bbl carb for a 300 motor) ) it is available. The carb appears in great overall condition with all linkage intact, and operational. The carb includes the tag ( which is itself probably rare) plus the multiport vacuum "T" as shown below. It would make a good core for a rebuild or an excellent parts carb just for the hot water choke housing and that multiport "T". A mere $40.00 plus shipping for anyone interested from this list. Available here for one week then it's off to e-bay. It's already packaged and the package weighs in at roughly 15 lbs, so shipping can be estimated. Use zip code 12302 as your start point and tell us which shipper you prefer.Let me know at jld1972@verizon.net or call 518 542 4189.Thanks everyone.JD
BrianStone
What is the number on the tag? It was different between the manual transmission and automatic transmission cars.
JohnD1956
Best I can make it out the number is 7024044. Chances are if I came across a 64 with a Stick, I'd have a lot more than just the carb around here So this most likely is for an automatic car. Plus that excessive "T" at the rear indicates the car had several vacuum powered options, which would probably be hard to find on a stick shift car with a 300 motor.JD
