headlight wont go all the way up

My drivers side headlight will not go all the way up. How do I fix this?

the light wont even go up all the way manually so I think that its jamming it goes about 3/4 of the way up. any suggestions. thanks for the help FLYBYNite but I dont think thats it

Go to the headlight motor repair instructions and by doing the first few steps, removing the cover around the light, you can probably see what is causing the problem. It may be a case of the bellcrank being so badly worn that it is catching on the link that goes to the headlight door.
