JFranklin
I am selling a waterpump-oil pump- distributor combo unit on Ebay, item # 330154183348 I believe it is for a Buick. It has a Delco- Remy distributor model 639J, I am being asked if it says autolite anywhere and now I am wondering if it might not be a Buick part
Mark Shaw
It is a bit hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like the front part of a Delco starter/generator used from the mid teens into the mid 20's. The drive shaft also has a complete water pump assy. that mounts on the same shaft driven off the timing gear in the front of a Buick engine. JFranklin
Thank you, that is what I was thinking but wasn't sure if other cars used that setup, I got this from a man that had Buick, Studebaker, and a cleveland cars and it looked Buick to me.
