  1. 50 Reattas? I need more garages. Anybody know who holds the record for most Reattas? I've seen one guy with 7 coupes and 3 parts cars.
  2. A couple comments on Reatta sunroof. THE BAD: I have a 91 coupe and the headliner is messed up - I have a feeling the sunroof might be the culprit. My brother owned a 91 with sunroof and said that it had leaking issues. I also think that the sunroof looks kind of wierd when open and detracts from the nice lines of the Reatta. THE GOOD: I drove it from Dallas to Indiana in warm weather (A/C was not functioning). It did a good job of keeping the inside comfortable without a lot of hair messing wind.
  3. I sold an 89 Reatta in October and bought a 90 convertible in November 2007. I called Indiana BMV and was told that I could use the plates from the 89 on the 90 for the trip home, with proof of sale of both cars and proof of insurance. I bought the 89 Reatta in Texas and used the TX plates for the trip home due to they can't transfer to another TX car. Proof of insurance and the bill of sale were my backup for getting pulled over. I think as long as you are polite to the officer, the above should get you home. Any comment from an expert on this would probably help a lot of potential buyers. Of course, using the cruise control to avoid unconsiously speeding is always helpful. When you buy a car out of state you normally need to get a temporary tag from the state you bought it from, which can present problems if you fly in on the weekend and no BMV is open.

Bought off E-Bay from seller in Baltimore MD in November 2007 1G4EC13LXMB901438, Polo Green, Tan Interior, CD Player, Moon roof, 108,000, Brookville IN, Has wheels from 90 Reatta currently, but want to get 91 wheels when I can. Bought off Auto-Trader from Car Lot in Dallas. 1G4EC13C7LB901069, Red with Tan Interior, 116,000, Brookville IN, has 1991 16" wheels (I bought the replica hubs from you -nice job). Bought off Ebay from seller in Raliegh NC in May 2006. All three above drive great. I have about $15K invested in them, including replacing A/C, tires, break work and normal servicing. All look great - wish I had a garage.
  5. I got mine in May 2007 from Auto Trader. Flew to DFW and drove it back to Indiana. This is my first post and I am going to try attaching a picture. The silver one in the background is an 89 which I've since sold. I now have 3 Reattas, This 91, a 90 Red/Tan 90 coupe and a Black/Grey 90 Convertible. My brother has two 91 coupes and a select 60, but we can quit whenever we want to, Really!
