Attempting to post a picture of the 1931 CD8 hood latch that I need two of. where it attaches to base is 1-1/4" c-c The barrel where the spring is 3" long I don't need this base as the rear latch is attached directly to the fender, However I will gladly take them with or without. Hi, I may as well get in on this thread. I need a pair of hood latches for my 1931 cd8 chrysler. The ones I lost were attached to a pair of fenders that disapeared when my car trailer was stolen. I have since purchased a pair of fenders , with out the latches. They don't look the same as what is pictured here for the Dodge. Any help locating some appreciated. I can't help you except to sugest, " oak bows" in Pa.They did the Bows for my 31 Chrysler Roadster. You have a sweet Automobile .I am envious JB
