1955 Buick century - $35,000 (New Haven)
Beautiful 1955 Buick century 66r riviera. 2 door hardtop. famously nicknamed " the bankers hot rod" this is a beautiful example of one of the finest cars Buick ever produced. the car features a 322cu v8 nailhead engine with 236hp and runs and drives fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere. new battery, electric fuel pump, always well maintained. 74k original miles. the car rides on diamondback radial white wall tires and beautiful skylark chrome wire wheels. the provenance on this car is truly amazing. it has all of the original paperwork from day 1 including the original invoice, manuals, original registration and everything else you can think of! it has one repaint in its original black. the interior is all correct according to original trim codes, and looks as if it has been redone. the chrome is a mix of original and rechromed. the car is extremely sharp and turns heads wherever it goes. I personally don't see any car I would spend $1,000,000 on but I follow the old car news, Chasing Classic Cars, and the auction results and there are clearly cars deserving well in excess of $1,000,000.
There are also a lot of very nice, cool cars for $20,000, less or more add $10,000 in increments and a guy could have several cars in a collection and not get to $500,000.
Probably has more than that into it. My friend had a chance to buy it for $275k in 2008/09 from a previous owner, and it sold soon after he passed on the purchase. It isn't a $1m car, but might find a buyer for half of that or so.

Very nice 1963 origional buick rivera, ps,pb,pw, auto, air, body is very straight and paint is about 90 percent with some spots that need redone, good dual exhaust, new tires, decent chrome and very nice stainless, detailed trunk with jack, wrench and spare tire. Mileage shows 40534 miles and believed to be correct. alum. radiator, detailed motor compartment, New rubber door seals. all electric windows work. very nice origional hubcaps. New tune up, oil change and filter, brakes redone and very little wear in the drums, Updated sterio, new dash cover. All paint is probably about 90 percent with some small places that need touched up. I dont think this car has ever been in any kind of a wreak. Car is in Omaha Nebraska.
